BSNL or BSNL Jobs or BSNL recruitments for Management Trainees 2009 of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) will recruit about 300 Management Trainee (MT) through competitive examinations to be held on All India basis, on different dates.Last date for application is 14/10/2009.

1. Management Trainee (MT – Telecom Operations)

Posts: 250 (OBC: 68, SC: 38, ST: 18, UR: 126)

Eligibility:

External Candidates: Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent Engineering Degree in desired disciplines (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer/IT, Electrical) AND A two years regular full time MBA

Internal Candidates: Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent Engineering Degree in desired disciplines (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer/IT, Electrical) AND 4 years work experience within BSNL on the closing date of receipt of application by BSNL.
2. Management Trainee (MT – Telecom Finance)

Posts: 50 (OBC: 13, SC: 7, ST: 3, UR: 27)

Eligibility:

External Candidates: CA/ICWA/CS

Internal Candidates: CA/ICWA/MCom/CS AND 4 years work experience within BSNL on the closing date of receipt of application by BSNL.

Selection Procedure:

The selection shall be based on the final merit list created based on the combined score from Assessment Process, Group Discussion and Interview with weightage as under:

(a) Assessment Process: 75 %

(b) Group Discussion: 12.5 %

(c) Interview: 12.5 %

Application Fee:

SC/ST/PH: NIL

Others: Rs. 1500

Fee to be paid in the form of demand draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Senior Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer payable at the respective stations. The amount of fee shall not be accepted in any other form.

How to apply:

The completed application form (preferably typed) should be sent by Registered post/Speed post to the respective DGM in the office of respective CGM, The envelope containing application form should be marked “Application for the post of MTs (External Candidate) in BSNL” in bold letters on top of the envelope.
