IIM ^[1] kozhikode Faculty recruitments of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) invites applications for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the following areas.To meet the requirements of the high growth trajectory of the institute.

4. Organisation Behavior and Human Resource Management
5. Quantitative Methods and Operations Management
6. Strategic Management

Candidates must have a Ph.D degree or its equivalent with consistently good academic record and commensurate publications/publication potential. The levels of teaching/research/industry experience required for the various positions are as mentioned below:

* Professor: Minimum 10 years, of which 8 years should be at Assistant/ Associate Professor Level.
* Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years, of which 5 years should be at Assistant Professor Level
* Assistant Professor: Minimum 3 years

Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to make their intellectual contribution accessible to experienced managers through teaching, training and published work. Candidates should have a strong academic background and understanding of current developments in the related field. Faculty members are responsible for carrying out research, designing and teaching courses, conducting continuing education programmes and web-based education, institution development and consultancy.

The scales of pay associated with the positions are: Professor (Rs.37400-67000 + Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 10500/-), Associate Professor (Rs. 37500-67000 + Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 9500/-), and Assistant Professor (Rs. 15600-39100 + Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 8000/-). The minimum basic pay will be Rs. 48000/- + AGP of Rs. 10500/- for Professors, Rs. 42800/- + AGP of Rs. 9500/- for Associate Professors and Rs. 30000/- + AGP of Rs. 8000/- for Asst. Professors. Positions carry usual allowances and perquisites as generally available in the IIMs. The Institute also provides opportunities for consulting, training etc.

Those who have submitted or about to submit Ph.D. thesis can apply for full-time visiting positions in the above areas, with a consolidated salary on contract basis.
