Dear sir, there are lots of students who posseess 45% in the graduation. Banks prefered to those students who posseess 60% marks in the graduation. this is not good. Because there are lots opf students who can qualify in the exams which conducts by the IBPS. So the mare qualification for the graduation post should be reduce.
