Pay : Rs.32150-1250(13)-48400-1550(10)- 63900 plus allowances as admissible (Tentative total emoluments shall be approx. Rs. 52,100/- per month including all allowances)

Qualification: Candidate should be an Associate / Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. The candidate should have minimum Five years post qualification experience in a reputed company.

Age: (As on 01.05.2010) :- Maximum Age limit: 40 years.
