Bharat Bandh on 5th july – India bandh or Bharat band called by opposition against fuel price hike

or called by opposition against fuel price hike

Bharat Bandh on July 5 called by opposition parties including Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) against price rise and announced for a 24-hour nationwide shutdown (Bharat Bandh). Also, a 12-hour nationwide ‘hartal’ (general strike) on the same day (July 5) has been called by the Left and other Opposition parties against the recent fuel price hike.

BJP is doing the Bharat Bandh in order to protest against this unjustified hike in petroleum prices and the total ineptitude of UPA Government to address this problem.

The four Left parties – Communist Party of India, CPI (Marxist), Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) and Forward Bloc – have given the call for the strike.

Besides, the AIADMK, Telegu desam Party (TDP), Samajwadi Party, Biju Janata Dal (BJD), Janata Dal (Socialist) and INLD have also supported the strike call.

Bharat Band should be called against the price hike not only petrol diesel and gas but also in other things, wherever the price has been hiked. Government is not just understanding the situation of a common people. It is just like “aamdani atthani kharcha rupaya”.

There should be some action called against all this. Today’s prices of basic things should brought down or else raise the income of people. There should be a law, if the prices hikeing then the income also be hiked in respective percentage.

Please take it seriously. This is a call by a common man.

There are grave secrets of the petroleum sector. It will be the biggest biggest ever scandal ever in the world history only if the records become public. But since transnational actors across the world are involved the possibility is remote. There are vested interests of people like Deora and certain people in the bjp too who are in the know of the things ,who regard Indian Oil profiteering as their embolden duty as if they are on the board of IOL and not a public servant. May be they have put petroleum pricing issues under the category of defense secrets which will not even be revealed to the parliament. We shall have a BOOKS OPEN agitation then Bharat Bandh .
