is it my fault or there is something wrong with the site. is there is any technical problem. is any body here who has submitted the form of dec 2010

DEAR SIR/MADAM THE FORMAT IS NOT ACCEPTING THE DATE OF 14 OCT 2010 ON WHICH I HAVE DEPOSITED THE FEE OF UGC NET. I WANT TO APPEAR IN NET EXAM OF 26 DEC 2010.IS IT MY FAULT OR THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH THE SITE.IS THERE ANYBODY WHO HAS FILLED THE FORM. SIR PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
