Application fee: Candidates have to pay 500/- as application fee in form of Indian Postal Orders/Bank Drafts (from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India) payable to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex servicemen/PWD have to pay 125/- towards application fee.

How to apply: You can get the application form by writing to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula with self addressed envelope duly stamped with Rs. 50/- for registered post up to 20.11.2011 from 10:00am to 1:00pm & 2:00pm to 4:00pm or candidates can get the application by hand.

Candidates have to submit the filled application along with photocopies of relevant documents on or before 30/11/2011 at the following address Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No.1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula.
