About Law :

The word ‘Law’ evokes the sight of a blind-folded statue, holding a scale, as depicted in the movies. Lawyers have for long been understood (or should we say, misunderstood) as persons in black, always trying to turn grey into black or white, depending on which side they are. The fact remains that many of our great leaders including Mahatama Gandhi, Moti Lal Nehru, Jawahar Lal Nehru, in spite of being lawyers, could not give this profession its due as a career choice.

Contract law regulates everything from buying a bus ticket to trading on derivatives markets. Property law defines rights and obligations related to the transfer and title of personal (often referred to as chattel) and real property. Trust law applies to assets held for investment and financial security, while tort law allows claims for compensation if a person’s rights or property are harmed (often considered civil case if filed under an issue of tort law vs. criminal). If the harm is criminalised in penal code, criminal law offers means by which the state can prosecute the perpetrator. Constitutional law provides a framework for the creation of law, the protection of human rights and the election of political representatives. Administrative law is used to review the decisions of government agencies, while international law governs affairs between sovereign nation states in activities ranging from trade to environmental regulation or military action. Writing in 350 BC, the Greek philosopher Aristotle declared, “The rule of law is better than the rule of any individual.

Not any more. Thanks to the contribution of some prestigious institutes, which took up the responsibility of giving ‘Law’ the pedestal it deserves. Law has earned its legitimate place of a shining star in the galaxy of the modern careers. The concepts of liberalization and globalization have also opened a whole gamut of opportunities in the International Arena for Law professionals. The opportunities, after pursuing a course in Law, are enormous. Some of these opportunities are as/in

* Judicial services
* Civil services
* Legal consultants
* Teachers
* Advocates
* Writers

Law has come up as an amply rewarding career in terms of prestige, adventure, learning, and of course, money.

Not many careers can boast of such a wide range of options of specialization, which Law provides in reality. Besides conventional fields like Civil Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Property Law, the latest fields like Cyber Law, IT Law, Human Rights etc. have become hot favourites of the future Lawyers with a broad vision . For the bibliophiles, Law offers ample avenues to study further with host of the courses like LL.M., Ph.D., and Specialization Diplomas etc.

But the competition for a degree in Law is bound to become tougher as the scope of Law broadens with a corresponding increase in the scope for growth that the career offers. And the top institutes offering Law courses appear to be determined to make it more so. National Law School, Bangalore, National Law University, Bhopal and Jodhpur, NALSAR, Hyderabad and many others have been keeping the aspirants on their toes, enhancing difficulty levels and changing test patterns. Every year the number of aspirants is increasing and even the toppers (who earlier never thought beyond medical or engineering) are joining the fray.

It is here that we step in to provide the soothing touch. With our high-end course LEGALITE, we are determined to help the big dreamers in achieving their goals by awakening them to the reality. With exhaustive well-researched material, taught by the experts for every segment of the entrance exam, the Lawful journey begins with a super-confident note for our students.

We invite you to join us to be the contributors to change the image of the LAW professionals.

Law Offers :

Following are the objectives which law Offers :

1. Opportunities

: Opportunities now galore in the field of law. MNCs are always looking for the law experts to ensure that their projects don’t get entangled in law web. Law firms with pool of resources and talent are searching for legal brains. Avenues like legal writers, teachers and researchers are always there. And of course, the practice in a court of law tops them all.

2. Money

: law is turning out to be a lucrative career. the law graduates from NALSAR, Hyderabad got average salary of Rs. 3 lakh-9 lakh this year. Similar is the remuneration, the law grads from other reputed law schools can expect. And in practice, only you will decide the limit. Of course, the money doesn’t start pouring in on your first day in court.

3. Creative satisfaction

: nothing better than law. It is law’s interpretation by the lawyer going deep into the minds of law makers that brings to life the apparently confusing plethora of law books.

4. Be your own boss

: After a brief stint under a ‘senior’ to supplement the academic knowledge with procedural practicalities, you are ready to hold the reins of your future. How much you want to give to and take from your profession is now entirely upto you!

5. You never retire

: this is the profession, with no retirement age. In fact, you can at anytime decide to enhance or reduce your involvement. Many people still do law along with their other regular job, only to utilize this degree after the retirement.

The promising things above are not without their share of challenges. And getting into a good law school is the first mountain to conquer. The mountain, however, is not insurmountable.

So, if you feel you are ready to make a difference to the law of land and to the lives of millions, be a lawyer. And no lord would have an objection to that.
